Mikla, Roof Top Dining in Istanbul, Turkey

Guide book directed us to roof top dining at Mikla. While apparently not sign posted on the street, the Google map was accurate and the hotel reception staff directed us to the top floor.
Impressive views and fantastic service were balanced by value for money that you don't get back in Australia. We found that you could break convention and just have a main, with the beef tenderloin dish fantastic, as was the Turkish Shiraz that accompanied. The only point for improvement was one of the wait staff would get in the way of our conversation while serving.
After dinner, the roof top views from the upstairs bar were superb and chance to linger longer and drink in the night lights of Istanbul.
